Our State Farm Team is built with local folks who love the community and want to help their neighbor’s find the right insurance for their needs and budget. We can help create that Personal Price Plan including Car and Recreational vehicle insurance, Boat insurance, Homeowners or Renters, Life Insurance, Small Business Insurance, Health Supplement Insurance, and more! Most importantly, we will be here when you need us and be that Good 'Neighba' you deserve.

Beyond our day-to-day operations, you'll find our team out in our local communities supporting and volunteering where help is needed. We look forward to continuing our community service projects by donating our time and financial support to local charities and events in 2024. As for me, your agent, I started my insurance career in 2013 with State Farm and transitioned into the role of State Farm insurance agent in 2021. Last July, I celebrated my 10th year anniversary with State Farm! I am an Illinois native and the daughter of a small business owner that grew up in a tight knit community similar to Chetek. In my former career, I was an educator and bring those traits into the day-to-day operations of my office.

My husband and I fell in love with the Northwoods and it feels like coming home. Here at Kami Reid - State Farm, we keep it simple, and kindness is always in the forefront. We serve not only the Chetek area, but our surrounding communities including: Cameron, Dallas, New Auburn, Bloomer, Prairie Farms, Ridgeland, Barron, Weyerhaeuser, Ladysmith, Turtle Lake, and Rice Lake.

We also have the pleasure of serving our policyholders in Minnesota and Illinois as we're licensed in those states as well as Wisconsin.

Customer service is our top priority! We'll adapt to your needs and preferences, so please reach out for a(n) in-person/virtual appointment to review your insurance and financial needs. Being able to connect no matter where you are located is essential with our customers spanning three states.

Jodi was born and raised in Chetek. She's been with State Farm longer than she'd like to admit. She's our jack-of-all-trades team member who's happy to help our current customers with anything from paying bills, to adding new toys, to reviewing your current life stage to uncover what your protection needs are and providing options to meet those needs. When she's not working, her and her husband enjoy entertaining and hosting family gatherings. You'll also find them enjoying their pontoon in the warmer months. Soon she'll be adding the title of grandma to all that she does, and couldn't be more excited about this new phase of life.

Casey was born and raised in Rice Lake. She's excited to be a part of our Kami Reid - State Farm Agency and looks forward to helping our customers with their insurance needs. She brings her management experience from previously helping another small business owner with their multiple locations. She also has a professional dance background that's given her a strong work ethic. She's new to the insurance industry, but can't wait to make a difference!

When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends. She loves the outdoors, riding horses, and practice classical dance when she can fit it into her busy schedule.
